Kovalova Viktoriia Ivanivna – PhD in Economics, Associate Professor

 

 

 

In 2002, she graduated with honors from Kharkiv State University of Economics (KSUE) with a degree in “Economic Theory” and received the qualification of “Economist-Teacher.”
She began her teaching career at Kharkiv State University of Economics as a laboratory engineer in the Laboratory for Creativity and Intelligence Assessment, and later as a senior inspector in the Department of Science and Postgraduate Studies. Since 2012, she worked as an Associate Professor in the Department of Enterprise Economics and Management at Kharkiv National University of Economics. Since 2019, Kovalova V.I. has been working at the National University of Pharmacy as an Associate Professor in the Department of Management, Marketing, and Quality Assurance in Pharmacy.

Research activity: In 2008, she defended her dissertation for the degree of Candidate of Economic Sciences (specialty 08.00.04 – Economics and Enterprise Management by types of economic activity) on the topic “Personnel Behavior

Management in a Manufacturing Organization.”

Scientific work continues today. Her research interests include issues of personnel management, evaluation and development of personnel competence, statistical analysis of economic processes, management of communication processes in an organization, and issues of creating a knowledge management system in organizations.

Educational and methodical work: At the department, she delivers lecture courses and conducts practical and seminar classes in the educational components: “Statistics and Economic Modeling,” “Personnel Management,” “Business Planning,” “Operations Management,” “Business Ethics and Organizational Behavior,” “Market Statistics,” “Social and Psychological Foundations of Management,” “START-UP BUSINESS Training,” “Fundamentals of Human Capital Management,” “Modeling of Managerial Decisions,” and “Automation of Management Processes.”

Scientific achievements: She has published over 130 scientific and methodological works. She is a co-author of textbooks in the department’s profile, co-author of six monographs, has publications in Scopus and Web of Science, and holds more than five copyright certificates for scientific works.

Public activity: She is a member of the Ukrainian Association for Management Development and Business Education (UARMBO).
