Babicheva Ganna Sergiivna – C.Sc. in Pharmacy, teaching assistant.
Babicheva G.S. was born on November 12, 1983 in Luhansk region. She graduated with honors from the Luhansk State Medical University (2006), where she worked as a senior laboratory assistant at the Department of Drug Technology, Organization and Economy of Pharmacy (2006-2007) and as an assistant at the same department (2007, 2010-2011). Studied at a postgraduate course at the Department of Management and Marketing in Pharmacy of the National University of Pharmacy (2007–2010), from 2011 to October 2021 – assistant, from November 2021 – associate professor at the Department of Pharmaceutical Management and Marketing of the National University of Pharmacy, from September 2024 – associate professor at the Department of Management, Marketing and Quality Assurance in Pharmacy of the National University of Pharmacy.
Educational and methodical work. Conducts practical and seminar classes on the educational components “Pharmaceutical Management and Marketing”, “Ethics and Deontology in Pharmacy”, “Fundamentals of Consumer Behavior in Pharmacy”, “Pharmacoeconomics”, “Team Building”, “Branding”, “Marketing communications”. Co-author of the textbooks “Labor relations in the pharmaceutical industry under market conditions” (2007), “Pharmaceutical marketing and management” (2022), “Brand management in pharmacy. Course of lectures” (2023), “Team building. Course of lectures” (2024) and 22 educational and methodological recommendations. Participated in the development of work programs for the educational components “Brand Management in Pharmacy”, “Strategic Marketing”, “Branding”, “Team Building”, “Marketing communications”.
Research work: analysis of modern trends in the development of the market activity of pharmacy enterprises, search and scientific-methodological substantiation of approaches aimed at increasing the efficiency of solving marketing functions of pharmacy chains and studying the peculiarities of their marketing activity, working out the principles of a client-oriented approach to the management of pharmacy structures, studying modern trends and personnel offers on the domestic labor market of pharmacy specialists, research on personnel marketing problems of pharmacy chains, analysis of brands on the pharmaceutical market. In 2011, she defended her candidate’s thesis for the degree of candidate of pharmaceutical sciences, specialty 15.00.01 — drug technology, organization of pharmaceutical cases and forensic pharmacy on the topic: “Scientific and methodological approaches to solving the marketing functions of pharmacy chains.” According to the results of the research work, 3 scientific and methodological recommendations were developed and implemented in the activities of pharmaceutical wholesale and retail associations and pharmacy chains, in the educational process of higher pharmaceutical and medical institutions, approved by the PC “Pharmacy” of the Ministry of Health and the Medical Academy of Ukraine, agreed by the Ministry of Health of Ukraine and registered as innovations.
- S. Babicheva is the author of 99 printed scientific works, of which 50 articles and 49 theses of reports, has 10 certificates of copyright registration for the work, obtained as a result of scientific and pedagogical activities. Actively participates in scientific and practical conferences of the national and international levels, medical and pharmaceutical congresses and forums.
Social activities. Takes an active part in professional orientation, cultural and educational events at the department and at the university, is a member of the charitable organization “For Life” in Kharkiv. Member of the Ukrainian Marketing Association. At the department, she performs the duties of a supervisor, is responsible for career orientation work, design and placement of the department’s work plan on the university’s electronic resources, coordinates the filling of the portfolio of teachers of the department.
Hobby. Cooking, music, writing poems, growing flowers.
