Bondarieva Iryna — Candidate of Pharmaceutical Sciences, associate professor
In 2006, she graduated with honors from the National University of Pharmacy, specialty «Pharmacy».
She works at the National University of Pharmacy since 2006: senior laborant at the Department of Management and Marketing in Pharmacy of the National University of Pharmacy (2006-2007); PhD student in the Department of Management and Marketing in Pharmacy (2007-2010); assistant at the MMPh Department (2010-2014); Associate Professor of the Department of Pharmaceutical Management and Marketing of the National University of Pharmacy(2014-2024); since September 2024, she has been working as an associate professor at the Department of Management, Marketing and Quality Assurance in Pharmacy. In 2020, she graduated with honors from the National University of Pharmacy, majoring in “Educational and Pedagogical Sciences”, the educational program “Pedagogy of the Higher School”.
Scientific and research work. She was a member of the student scientific society during studying at the department of management and marketing in pharmacy, she defended diploma work on topic “Substantiation of principles of control of marketing activities of wholesale pharmaceutical companies” (supervisor — prof. Mnushko Z.M.). In 2007 she defended master’s thesis on “Assessment of the influence of macro and micro environmental factors on the work of pharmaceutical enterprises” (supervisor — prof. Mnushko Z.M.). In 2011, she defended dissertation for the degree of Candidate of Pharmaceutical Sciences in the specialty 15.00.01 —Technology of drugs, organization of pharmaceutical business and judicial pharmacy on the topic “Scientific and methodological approaches of adaptive management of pharmaceutical organizations” (scientific supervisor — prof. Pestun I. V.).
Range of scientific interests Bondarieva I.V. includes analysis of the influence of external macro- and microenvironment on the work of pharmacies, research on the state of adaptive management in manufacturing enterprises of the pharmaceutical industry, modeling the process of adaptation of the manufacturing pharmaceutical enterprise to changes in the external environment and the study of its effectiveness, the study of change management in pharmaceutical organizations.
Author and co-author of more than 250 published works.
Educational and methodical work. At the department, she gives a course of lectures and conducts practical and seminar classes on the educational components “Pharmaceutical Management and Marketing”, “Ethics and Deontology in Pharmacy”, “Basics of Consumer Behavior in Pharmacy”, “Pharmacoeconomics”, “Team Building”, “Consumer Behavior”, “Marketing audit”.
Social activities. Member of the Ukrainian Marketing Association.
Awarded. Certificate of honor of the Kharkiv Regional State Administration (2020); by Certificate of the Kharkiv Regional Council (2023); II degree diploma “Best Candidate of Sciences of the National University of Pharmacy” (2024).
