February 27, 2023 Assoc.prof. Olga Rogulya and assistant Anna Chehyrynets, together with the director of personnel management of “Ametrin FC” LLC Olga Kishinska, conducted a practical lesson on the educational component “Pharmaceutical management and marketing” on the topic “Management of the decision-making process” for students of higher education of the 4th year of the 4th and 5th groups of the specialty “Pharmacy, industrial pharmacy”. During the class, Olha Kysynska demonstrated applied aspects of the process of making a rational management decision using the example of choosing a supplier of a pharmaceutical product. The speaker explained the essence of the main economic indicators, presented the business process of product purchases and focused in more detail on the questions regarding the criteria for selecting suppliers and preparing a meeting with suppliers. At the end of the class, Olha Kysynska provided detailed answers to the questions. Winners who answered the speaker’s questions correctly received a gift from “Ametrin FC” LLC.
