Gliebova Nataliia Volodymyrivna – Candidate of Economic Sciences, Associate Professor of the Department of Management, Marketing and Quality Assurance in Pharmacy of the National University of Pharmacy.
Education: Graduated from Kharkiv State University of Economics (1998) with honors in “Accounting and Auditing,” earning the qualification of economist.
Research: Defended a Ph.D. dissertation in Economics (specialization 08.00.04 – “Economics and Enterprise Management by Types of Economic Activities”) on the topic “Investment Process Management in Enterprises under Risk Conditions” in 2006.
Teaching: Conducts practical and seminar sessions on various subjects, including “Creative Management,” “Office Management,” “Self-management,” “Insurance Management,” “Managerial Information and Communication,” and others.
Professional Activity: Began teaching at Kharkiv State University of Economics (renamed Kharkiv National University of Economics in 2004). Since 2019, has worked as an associate professor in the Department of Management and Public Administration at the National University of Pharmacy. Since September 2024, has held the position of Associate Professor in the Department of Management, Marketing, and Quality Assurance in Pharmacy.
Additional Information: Associate member of the Ukrainian Association for Management and Business Education Development. Member of the organizing committee for an international scientific-practical conference at the National University of Pharmacy. Member of the working group on the “Management” educational and professional program at the bachelor’s level (073 Management, Field of Knowledge 07 Management and Administration) at the National University of Pharmacy.
Scientific Achievements: Published over 120 scientific and methodological works. Author of two educational manuals approved by the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, co-author of seven educational manuals related to the department, co-author of six monographs, and holder of five copyrights for scientific works.
