Hladkova Olнa Vyacheslavna – candidate of economic sciences, associate professor.
Graduated from Kharkiv State University named after M. Gorky, majoring in “Finance and Credit” (1995). She defended her PhD thesis at the Donetsk National University of Economics and Trade named after Mykhailo Tugan-Baranovskyi, specialty 08.00.08 – Money, finance and credit.
From 1995 to 2014, she worked as an assistant, senior teacher and associate professor of the Department of Finance of DonNUET named after Mykhailo Tugan-Baranovskyi. Since 2016, she has been working at the National University of Pharmacy as an associate professor of the Department of Management and Business Economics (2016-2020), an associate professor of the Department of Management and Quality Assurance in Pharmacy (2020-2024), and since September 2024 – an associate professor of the Department of Management, Marketing and quality assurance in pharmacy.
In 2022, she graduated with honors from National University of Pharmacy, majoring in “Management”, the “Quality, Standardization, Certification” educational program.
Research work: scientific interests include the financial development of health care institutions and pharmaceutical organizations, strengthening their competitive positions, and improving the management of health care institutions. She is the author and co-author of 12 training manuals, including under the seal of Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, more than 200 scientific, educational and methodological developments and publications, 10 author’s certificates for a scientific work
Educational and methodical work. Carries out the training load in the disciplines “Financial Management”, “Economics and Enterprise Finance”, “Business Planning, Accounting and Controlling”, “Management of Innovative Development and Competitiveness of the Organization”, “Management of Health Care Institutions”, “Fundamentals of Lean Management” “, “Fundamentals of economic knowledge” and others.
Community work. Responsible for the educational program “Management of health care and pharmaceutical business”, tutor, member of the professional attestation commission for the admission of entrance exams in the specialty 073 “Management”, responsible for the development of educational and work curricula for the EP “Management of health care and pharmaceutical business”, member of the working group under the EP “Management of health care and pharmaceutical business”, responsible for practical training of applicants under the EP “Management of health protection and pharmaceutical business”.
Public activity. Member of the Ukrainian Association for the Development of Management and Business Education, member of the NGO Vinnytsia Regional Association of Pharmacists “Kum Deo”.
