The topic “Management and Entrepreneurship” always arouses great interest among students, but at the same time, it is quite difficult to master. That is why the Department of MMQAPh invited the Deputy Director for Quality of LLC “Liky Poltavshchyny” Natalia Mykhailivna Pisachenko to a practical lesson in pharmaceutical management and marketing for 4th-year higher education students of the educational program “Pharmacy”. The meeting also aroused considerable interest among students of the educational program “Management”, who also joined the lesson.

LLC “Liky Poltavshchyny” has been operating since 2001 and currently has 32 pharmacy establishments, including 12 pharmacies, 20 pharmacy points. Ms. Natalia revealed the features of starting a pharmacy business, processing documents for obtaining a license for the retail sale of medicines, forming a product range, setting prices for goods, and much more.

The meeting aroused considerable interest among higher education students, who asked questions about various aspects of entrepreneurial activity. They were interested in the possibility of internships at the enterprise, especially since the network has a pharmacy that manufactures allopathic and homeopathic extemporaneous drugs. Students were also interested in the possibility of employment in pharmacies of LLC “Medicines of Poltava Region”.

It should be noted that such a connection with representatives of practical pharmacy is a powerful contribution to the training of future specialists.
