On April 22, 2025, 4th-year students of the Pharmacy educational program, accompanied by teachers of the Department of Management, Marketing and Quality Assurance in Pharmacy, Associate Professor Olga Rohulia and Assistant Olena Shuvanova, attended the training “Types of Visitors” by the business trainer of the Pharmacy Network “ANTS” Olena Negoda.
During the training, the basics of communication with clients, segmented by psychographic criteria, were examined. Students learned how to find an approach to any person who visits the pharmacy, paying attention to the focus of the visitor – on the result, on communication or on their own requirements, and understood the differences in communication with men and women. The fact that, according to statistics from the pharmacy network “ANTS”, women make up about 80% of visitors was interesting. As Ms. Olena noted, the foundation of successful communication is understanding the client and the right approach to him, which is extremely important for future pharmacists.
