On April 8, 2025, as part of the development of cooperation between the Department of Management, Marketing and Quality Assurance in Pharmacy and employers, a practical lesson was held for 4th-year students of specialty 226 Pharmacy, Industrial Pharmacy on the topic “Evaluation of the effectiveness of management of a pharmaceutical organization” from the educational component “Pharmaceutical Management and Marketing”. The organizers of the event were Associate Professor Olga Rogulya and Assistant Professor Olena Shuvanova.
The guest speaker was Anna HRYB, HR Manager of LLC “Ametrin FC”, who presented a modern approach to creating a system of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). During the presentation, students learned about:
• types of KPIs used in a wholesale pharmaceutical company and methods for measuring them;
• examples of real business situations;
• the impact of KPIs on managerial decision-making.
Particular attention was paid to the connection between the strategic goals of the organization and the individual goals of employees, as well as the importance of correctly setting goals using the SMART method.
The session was held in a dynamic format using a multimedia presentation and a case method. Students had the opportunity to ask questions, discuss practical examples, and even suggest their own KPI options.
