On February 7, 2025 Svitlana Zhadko, Associate Professor of the Department of Management, Marketing and Quality Assurance in Pharmacy, held a webinar training “Speak, Listen, Act: Developing Effective Communication Skills” for 9th grade students of Kharkiv Lyceum No. 11 named after Danylo Didik.

Students learned how important it is to master the art of communication to achieve success in various areas of life and received advice on developing communication skills: understanding body language, active listening, emotional intelligence, etc. Students actively participated in quizzes on the topic of non-verbal communication and effective communication.
