On May 14, 2025, the National University of Pharmacy held a Round Table on Public Discussion of the Educational and Professional Program “Management” of the First (Bachelor’s) Level of Higher Education (Specialty D3 Management)
The Round Table was attended by Volodymyr MALYI, Head of the Department of Management, Marketing and Quality Assurance in Pharmacy, Doctor of Pharmaceutical Sciences, Professor; Yana DERENSKA, Guarantor of the EPP “Management” of the First (Bachelor’s) Level of Higher Education, Candidate of Economic Sciences, Associate Professor, Associate Professor of the Higher Education Institution of the Department of Management, Marketing and Quality Assurance in Pharmacy; members of the working (project) group – Nataliya GLEBOVA, Candidate of Economic Sciences, Associate Professor, Associate Professor of the Higher Education Institution of the Department of Management, Marketing and Quality Assurance in Pharmacy; Viktoriya KOVALIOVA, Candidate of Economic Sciences, Associate Professor, Associate Professor of the Department of Management, Marketing and Quality Assurance in Pharmacy; Serhiy POVETKIN, Candidate of Pharmaceutical Sciences, Head of the Department of Foreign Economic Relations of PrJSC “Chemfarmzavod “Chervona Zirka”; Oleksandra MASHKINA, higher education student in the specialty of Management of the OPP “Management” of the first (bachelor’s) level of higher education; Anna OSIPOVA, higher education student in the specialty of Management of the OPP “Management” of the first (bachelor’s) level of higher education; teachers of the Department of Management, Marketing and Quality Assurance in Pharmacy, as well as external stakeholders – representatives of the academic community, employers and graduates, internal stakeholders – higher education students studying at the OPP “Management”.
The round table was opened by Volodymyr MALYI, who welcomed the participants of the EPP discussion and thanked the stakeholders for the positive feedback and the relevant recommendations for improving the EPP.
Serhiy POVETKIN noted the importance of training specialists who are knowledgeable not only in the basics of management, but also in the specifics of the activities of pharmaceutical organizations.
External stakeholders – representatives of the academic community – took an active part in the EPP discussion – Marina KUDINOVA, Candidate of Economic Sciences, Associate Professor, Associate Professor of the Higher Education Institution of the Department of Marketing, Management and Entrepreneurship of the V.N. Karazin Kharkiv National University; Daria MYKHAYLENKO, Candidate of Economic Sciences, Associate Professor, Associate Professor of the Higher Education Institution of the Department of Marketing, Management and Entrepreneurship of the V.N. Karazin Kharkiv National University; Hanna RIBAK, Candidate of Economic Sciences, Associate Professor, Associate Professor of the Higher Education Institution of the Department of Economic Theory and International Economics of the Kharkiv National University of Urban Economy named after O.M. Beketov.
The OPP “Management” also received positive feedback from employers – Vyacheslav KYRYLK, Deputy Director of LLC “MPS” of the “FINEX” group of companies; Daria SVYNARCHUK, Head of the Pharmacy of LLC “ASTORIYA-PHARM” and graduates of the educational program – Elizaveta LAVRENYUK, Assistant Manager of the Barbershop “Bad Boy”; Veronika NOVIKOVA.
The discussion was also joined by higher education graduates of the correspondence form of study – Viktoriya MERKULOVA, Head Nurse “Fresenius Medical Care Ukraine”; Natalia KUTOVA, Project Manager, Expert in the Development of Cosmetics of the “CRISTAUX” Company.
Stakeholders noted that the EPP meets the requirements of the time and the needs of the labor market, demonstrates a high level of academic construction and a clear focus on the formation of specialists capable of effective management activities in conditions of uncertainty, a competitive environment and digital transformation of the economy. The recommendations provided will be considered by the working (project) group regarding the possibility of their implementation in order to improve the EPP “Management”.
