On May 27 and 28, 2025, 4th-year higher education students of the “Pharmacy” educational program during a practical lesson in pharmaceutical management and marketing (teachers – Assoc. Prof. Olga Rohulia and Asst. Prof. Olena Shuvanova), as well as students of the “Management” educational program, took part in a professional meeting with the HR manager of the Ametrin FC company Anna Hryb.

The topic of the meeting was the stages of employment and the features of preparing for them. Ms. Anna shared valuable information on:

effective resume writing;
typical mistakes that should be avoided when drawing it up;
features of an interview;
key criteria that the employer pays attention to when selecting candidates;
the use of modern online platforms for job search.

The meeting was held in the format of an open dialogue, aroused lively interest among the applicants, many questions and active discussion of practical situations. The knowledge gained will be useful to students during future employment and building a professional career.
