On November 14, 2024, the All-Ukrainian Scientific and Practical Conference “Training of Pharmaceutical and Medical Specialists in the Context of the Implementation of Educational and Professional Standards” was held at the Zhytomyr Basic Pharmaceutical Vocational College of the Zhytomyr Regional Council.

Lecturers of the Department of Management, Marketing and Quality Assurance in Pharmacy, Associate Professors Svitlana ZHADKO, Hanna BABICEVA and Olga ROHULIA, took part in the conference and delivered a report on the topic: “The Use of Gamification and Reflection in Teaching Educational Components of the Economic and Management Direction”.

The speakers outlined the main professional challenges facing a modern teacher in online learning, and also demonstrated examples of the use of gamification and reflection techniques in teaching educational components at the department. The use of modern interactive teaching methods contributes to the acquisition by higher education students of managerial competencies necessary for the successful formation of a future specialist and his competitiveness in the professional environment.
