On November 25, 2024, first-year students of the specialty “226 Pharmacy, Industrial Pharmacy” of the educational program “Pharmacy”, second-year students of the specialty 227 “Therapy and Rehabilitation” of the educational program “Physical Therapy”, third-year students of the specialty 073 “Management” of the educational program “Management” and fourth-year students of the specialty 075 “Marketing” of the educational program “Marketing” had the opportunity to get acquainted with the interesting experience of applying teambuilding technologies in a leading wholesale pharmaceutical company. A representative of the company “Ametrin FC” LLC Anna HRYB – leading HR manager – visited the practical lesson on the educational component “Teambuilding” on the topic “Basic tools of teambuilding” (lecturer of the Department of Management, Marketing and Quality Assurance in Pharmacy – Associate Professor Anna BABICEVA).

Ms. Anna introduced the applicants to the company’s structure and presented a wide range of team-building tools that are used when forming teams directly in the departments. A diverse palette of team-building activities, including fun games, quests, corporate parties, field events, social team projects, professional trainings, cultural events and sports competitions, creates a favorable environment for developing team spirit and strengthening relationships between company employees.

An incredible atmosphere of team interaction was created with the help of an entertaining interactive online quiz, which the speaker conducted for the applicants at the end of the meeting. Thanks to vivid examples of team-building tools, the applicants had a desire to delve deeper into the world of team-building and use new knowledge in further training and professional development.
