On November 30, 2023, associate professors of the Department of Pharmaceutical Management and Marketing, Hanna BABICHEVA and Svitlana ZHADKO, gave a speech at the All-Ukrainian scientific and practical conference “Trends of development of pharmaceutical education in new realities” to the 85th anniversary of the founding of the Zhytomyr Basic Pharmaceutical College of the Zhytomyr Regional Council.

The report on the topic “Practical aspects of the competence approach to the teaching of selective educational components at the Department of Pharmaceutical Management and Marketing of the National Pharmaceutical University” shows the role of selective educational components in ensuring the general and professional competencies of students of higher education, special attention is paid to the use of modern interactive teaching methods, feedback communication with students of higher education regarding the assessment of teaching effectiveness, the involvement of representatives of practical pharmacy in lectures and conducting classes.

The experience of teaching innovative educational components “Team Building” and “Digital Marketing Tools” is covered in detail. Today, employers require pharmacy professionals to have digital knowledge and skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team.
