As part of cooperation with employers, practical classes on the educational component “Pharmaceutical Management and Marketing” for students of the 5th year of higher education of groups Fm19(4,10d)-01, Fm19(4,10d)-02 and Phm19(4,10d)-07 specialty 226 Pharmacy, industrial pharmacy, a representative of the national pharmacy network “ANC” visited.
The modern pharmacy network of ANC is 1,085 pharmacies in 135 cities of Ukraine, which unites a team of more than 8,200 employees. The company is headed by highly qualified top managers who have invaluable experience in the successful creation and development of large pharmacy chains. Undoubtedly, today ANC is a progressive pharmacy in matters of service quality and technical innovation.
Iryna Nikitenko, manager of work with educational institutions, gave a presentation of the ANC company and talked about the opportunities that are open to applicants and young specialists at the ANC company. The speaker outlined the qualities and skills that a potential employee should possess in order to interest an employer.
At the end of the class, the speaker provided detailed answers to the applicants’ questions.
