Posilkina Olga Viktorivna – Doctor of Pharmaceutical Sciences, Candidate of Economic Sciences, Honored Worker of Science and Technology of Ukraine, Professor of the Department of Management, Marketing and Quality Assurance in Pharmacy, guarantor of the educational program “Management of Health Care and Pharmaceutical Business” for the training of masters in specialty 073 “Management”.

In 1983, she defended her candidate’s thesis for the degree of candidate of economic sciences, in 2003 – her doctoral thesis for the degree of doctor of pharmaceutical sciences on the topic “Innovative-investment development of pharmaceutical production and problems of its financial support”, since 2004, since 2004, she has been a professor.

Scientific school: she supervised 11 candidates and 3 doctors of science.

Author of more than 1,400 scientific and educational and methodological works, including 12 monographs; 4 textbooks endorsed by the Ministry of Education and Science and the Ministry of Health of Ukraine; 69 training manuals; an encyclopedic explanatory dictionary of pharmaceutical terms; 10 educational standard programs; 365 methodological recommendations; 86 scientific and methodical recommendations approved by PC “Pharmacy” of the Ministry of Health and the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine and agreed in Ukrmedpatentinform, 2 information sheets; more than 500 scientific articles, of which more than 60 are in foreign publications; has 2 patents; more than 60 copyright certificates; the author of 44 innovations registered in the Ukrmedpatentinform.

Public activity: member of the board of the Faculty of Pharmaceutical Technologies and Management; member of the expert problem commission, head of the working group of the educational program “Management of health care and pharmaceutical business”; member of the editorial board of scientific journals: “Pharmaceutical journal”, “Social pharmacy in health care”. Member of public organizations: Ukrainian Association for the Development of Management and Business Education (UARMBO); Public organization “Vinytsia Regional Association of Pharmacists “CUM DEO”; Public scientific organization “International Center for the Development of Science and Technology”.
