The range of issues covered on the initiative topic is quite wide and concerns the conduct of scientific research on the following topical problems:

• scientific and practical approaches to improving the quality and efficiency of medicinal supply for the population;
• development, formation, and implementation of an innovative model for the development of the pharmaceutical industry in Ukraine;
• improvement of organizational and economic mechanisms for enhancing the efficiency of resource utilization in the context of pharmaceutical production;
• research of modern trends in the theory and practice of management and marketing to improve the effectiveness of managerial decisions in the pharmaceutical industry;
• analysis of the current state and development prospects of management and marketing strategies to improve the quality of medical services and the efficiency of the pharmaceutical market;
• research on the integration of digital technologies and artificial intelligence at the stages of development, implementation, and promotion of medicinal products to optimize business processes;
• implementation of scientifically grounded approaches to the organization and conduct of marketing research in pharmacy;
• development of scientific and methodological approaches to the marketing activities of pharmaceutical organizations at the stages of creation and implementation of medicinal products;
• development of marketing management mechanisms for the rational use of medicinal products is aimed at improving the quality of pharmaceutical care;
• management of the development of pharmaceutical enterprises under the implementation of quality management;
• theoretical and scientific-practical approaches to the development, implementation, and advancement of pharmaceutical logistics;
• creation and implementation of a project management system in the context of pharmaceutical production;
• management of labor potential and social responsibility at pharmaceutical enterprises under quality management;
• creation of organizational and methodological foundations for the training of specialists in the pharmaceutical sector;
• development and scientific justification of methodological approaches to the formation, implementation, and continuous improvement of pharmaceutical quality systems in accordance with the requirements of ISO 9000 series standards and GxP guidelines at pharmaceutical enterprises;
• development of organizational aspects of validation activities at pharmaceutical manufacturing enterprises;
• development of methodological approaches to the assessment of pharmaceutical quality system processes and the conduct of internal QMS/ PQS audits;
• development of scientifically grounded methodological approaches to the organization of activities of authorized persons and management representatives for quality matters at pharmaceutical enterprises.
