The modern approach to teaching the educational component “Pharmaceutical Management and Marketing” involves combining theoretical material with examples from practical pharmacy. Thus, within the framework of cooperation with pharmaceutical companies, for students of the 5th year of groups Fm19(4,10d)-01 and Fm19(4,10d)-02, specialty 226 Pharmacy, industrial pharmacy (teachers – associate professor Anna Babicheva, assistant Anna Chegrinets) was held dual practical session with a representative of the pharmaceutical company “Ametrin PC” LLC on the topic “Sales activities of pharmaceutical enterprises”.
At the practical session, HR manager Anna Hryb told applicants about the peculiarities of the organization of work at a wholesale pharmaceutical enterprise: mission, goals, company structure and main functional departments (marketing department, sales department, budget purchasing department, warehouse service, control department), principles of order formation and shipment logistics, software. The representative of the company paid special attention to the strategy of customer orientation and strengthening the competitive market positions of Ametrin PC LLC by creating its own brands, in particular, the exclusive VitaCore pharmaceutical portfolio.
During the class, applicants showed interest, asked questions about the peculiarities of the wholesale company’s work and employment prospects. Ms. Anna wished the winners success in their studies and future professional activities.
