Tetiana Volodymyrivna Zborovska – Candidate of Pharmaceutical Sciences, Associate Professor of the Department of Management, Marketing and Quality Assurance in Pharmacy of the National University of Pharmacy.
I was born on February 8, 1983 in the village of Ustinivka, Kirovohrad region, Ukraine.
Candidate of Pharmaceutical Sciences (2012), Associate Professor (2015), Associate Professor of the Higher Education Institution, Department of Management, Marketing and Quality Assurance in Pharmacy of the National University of Pharmacy.
Graduated from the National Academy of Pharmacy with a degree in “Technology of Pharmaceutical Preparations”, qualification as a technological engineer (2005), master’s degree from the National University of Pharmacy with a degree in “Quality, Standardization and Certification”, qualification as a Master’s in Quality Management (2007, with honors) and the National University of Pharmacy, specialty “Higher School Pedagogy”, qualification – teacher of universities and higher educational institutions (2020) also graduated from the Kharkiv Institute of Trade and Economics of the Kyiv National University of Trade and Economics, specialty “Management”, qualification – Master of Management (2020).
Work activity: senior laboratory assistant, then assistant of the quality management department at the National Institute of Pharmacy (2005-2007); junior researcher of the educational and scientific technological laboratory of medicinal forms (NNTLLF) of the National Academy of Sciences (2009-2012); assistant (2011-2014), associate professor of the quality management department (2014-2019); Associate Professor of the Department of Management, Economics and Quality Assurance in Pharmacy (2019-2022) Associate Professor of the Department of Management and Quality Assurance in Pharmacy (2022-2024). associate professor of the institution of higher education, department of management, marketing and quality assurance in pharmacy (from 2024 to the present).
Educational and methodical work. Reads a course of lectures, conducts practical classes on the educational components “Methodology, methods and means of quality management”, “State system for ensuring the quality of medicinal products”, “Quality management”, “Personnel management and labor law”, “Business continuity management systems”, “Basics of business communication”. Co-author of 25 educational and methodological publications.
Scientific research. In 2012, she defended her candidate’s thesis “Development of the composition, technology and research of antidiarrheal drugs containing zinc” (supervisor – candidate of pharmaceutical sciences, senior researcher Yu. I. Gubin).
After the defense of the dissertation, he is engaged in researches on issues of personnel management of pharmaceutical enterprises in the conditions of the functioning of the quality management system, risk-oriented approach at pharmaceutical enterprises, business continuity management system.
Author of more than 100 scientific works, including 2 Scopus articles, 26 articles in scientific publications recommended by the Supreme Administrative Court of Ukraine, 3 articles in the “Pharmaceutical Encyclopedia” (2005, 2010), 1 utility model patent, 1 invention patent, 1 information sheet, more 80 theses of scientific and scientific-practical conferences.
Community work. Responsible for the methodological work of the department in the specialty 073 “Management”, tutor, member of the professional attestation commission for admission of entrance exams in the specialty 073 “Management”, responsible for the development of educational and work curricula and secretary of the EC for the OP “Quality, standardization and certification”.
Public activity. Member of the public union “Ukrainian Association of Excellence and Quality”, member of the public association “Social and Environmental Security”, member of the Ukrainian Association for the Development of Management and Business Education (UARMBO).
