The department was formed by merging the Department of Pharmaceutical Management and Marketing with the Department of Management and Quality Assurance in Pharmacy. The head of the newly established Department of Management, Marketing and Quality Assurance in Pharmacy was appointed Doctor of Pharmaceutical Sciences, Professor Volodymyr Valentinovich Malyi.
The staff of the Department of Management, Marketing and Quality Assurance in Pharmacy is focused on fruitful work and is ready for new achievements and scientific achievements, which is facilitated by constant professional improvement, which has become especially relevant in the conditions of martial law, as a result of which the educational process has moved online.
The Department of Management, Marketing and Quality Assurance in Pharmacy is a graduate department in the specialties 226 Pharmacy, Industrial Pharmacy and 075 Marketing. Over more than 30 years of activity, the department has prepared and published 10 textbooks, more than 50 teaching aids, more than 100 methodological recommendations that contribute to improving the quality of training for higher education applicants. 2 hypertext electronic textbooks have been developed.
The results of the department’s scientific research have been published in more than 5,000 scientific papers, including 5 monographs, more than 1,000 articles in foreign professional journals. Based on the scientific research conducted at the department, 4 doctoral and 33 candidate theses have been defended. More than 100 scientific and methodological recommendations have been developed and proposed for practical use. 100 methods have been registered as innovations and more than 100 certificates of copyright registration for the work have been obtained. Today, 6 doctors of sciences and 16 candidates of sciences work at the department.
